Our Wedding

We met in an unconventional way in the fall of 2020, about a week before Joanna’s birthday in September. We talked, laughed, and were honest from the start about what we wanted out of life, family, and each other. We weren’t kids — just older, established, and very clear on what mattered. Weekends together turned into full weekends, and on our one-year anniversary, Adam asked Joanna to move in. That meant a big move across Los Angeles for Joanna and her daughter, and building a blended family with Adam's children under one roof — a decision that felt right from the start. Life kept moving. Careers changed, homes changed, kids grew up and moved out, the others kids at home are growing up faster than we imagined. Ups, downs - good times, tough times... through it all, we kept choosing each other, the family and the life that we're building. Five years in on October 9th, Adam asked Joanna to marry him. Now, at year six, we can’t wait to celebrate the life we’ve built with the people we love most.
